Choosing your builder is a crucial step in the construction process. To help in your quest, here we offer a brief outline of LCDH’s history and our construction philosophy. We would also suggest you make these considerations:

Reputation: Ask around. Check with realtors, subcontractors, your new neighbors.
Chemistry: Do you click with the contractor? Does he "get" what you are saying?
References: Ask for a complete list of their previous two years’ clients, and randomly call three or four.
Style: Do you like what you see? Does it suit your taste?
