In 1993, Rick Lander was construction manager for Port Ludlow’s developer, Pope Resources. The area’s natural beauty, coupled with development plans, created a golden opportunity for a custom builder. Rick capitalized on the situation—and his intimate knowledge of the area, work experience, and education—by starting LCDH in March of that year. Originally established in Port Ludlow, over the years we have expanded west to Sequim and east to North Kitsap.

From the start LCDH focused on high-end, high-design custom construction. Recently we branched out by doing some extensive remodeling. LCDH has built spec homes in the past, but now we work exclusively for our custom and remodel clients.
